Refund Policy

Not satisfied with your order? We sincerely apologize and are dedicated to making it right. Please reach out to us at Info@bonniesboutiquemalibu.com, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

You may return your order within 30 days, and we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days of receiving the return, provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • The product must be unused and show no signs of wear.

Returns Process

  2. Return Shipment: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment and any associated costs.

  3. Complete the Return Form: Fill out the return form that will be provided after you contact us.

  4. Send the Package: Place the completed return form inside the package along with the item(s) and ship to the address provided. Always use a Track & Trace method.

  5. Receive Your Refund: Once your package is received at our warehouse, Bonnies Boutique Malibu will process your refund within 5 business days, subject to the item meeting return conditions.

Return Address

If you wish to return a product, you may need to send it to our supplier’s warehouse in China. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense due to high shipping costs from China, which we cannot cover. Contact Info@bonniesboutiquemalibu.com to request the return address. Carefully package the product, ensuring it is well-protected, and use a trackable shipping method to monitor delivery.

Upon receipt at the warehouse, we will verify that the product meets return conditions. If approved, the purchase price will be refunded. Note that refund processing times may vary depending on the seller and your bank.

Responsibility for Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected within the designated timeframe and is returned to our warehouse, we will reach out to you to arrange redelivery.
